Stefani is the Director of Benefits Customer Experience at Humi. She has a Bachelor's Degree in Geographic Analysis from Ryerson University, but found herself drawn to the world of Group Benefits after securing a job as a Sales Assistant at Sun Life Financial. This role is where her love and passion for Group Benefits truly began. Being able to investigate and help members with their benefits questions and solve their claim issues left Stefani feeling fulfilled and happy to help. She joined Humi in 2019, and hasn't looked back since.
