How does pricing work?
Humi is priced on a per employee, per month basis. We don't charge for terminated employees, and former employees and their records are stored in the platform for free, forever.
Do you charge in USD or CAD?
As a proudly Canadian business, we always charge in CAD.
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
Nope! Humi is priced on a month-to-month basis – no annual commitment required. However, we do offer incentives for longer term contracts.
Do you offer discounts?
Yes! We offer volume and time-based promotions.
How difficult is Humi to set up?
Our dedicated implementation team ensures your setup into Humi is as effortless as possible. You’ll be assigned HR and Payroll Implementation Experts to walk you through every step of onboarding, and you’ll have our notable support team to help you anytime afterwards.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, pre-authorized deposits, and EFT transfers.
How do I cancel?
Just email us to cancel and we'll help you offboard at any time and ensure your data is wiped clean afterwards.
