It offers connection through 6+ live online support meetings offered daily. It also provides discreet, unlimited 1-on-1 support from certified Peer Support specialists.
Peers can help create a customized wellness plan to help members reach their health goals. They’re available via in-app messenger, phone, or video chat to help members work through obstacles or offer encouragement.
