Humi has achieved SOC 2 Type II compliance

We’re thrilled to announce that we are now SOC 2 Type II compliant, marking a significant milestone in our commitment to data security. SOC 2 (Service Organizational Control 2) is the industry-leading standard for managing customer data. Achieving this compliance means we’ve met rigorous requirements on how we handle and safeguard customer data, representing our commitment to data integrity and security.

A faster and easier way to import additional incomes

Adding additional incomes such as bonuses, commissions, tips, and reimbursements is now faster and easier with our new income importer. Simply download our new dollar template CSV, enter your additional incomes, and upload the completed CSV to import all additional incomes in one go.

Empower employees to choose their birthday visibility

Keep track of milestones such as birthdays, and work anniversaries on the homepage, so you can celebrate your employees. Employees can choose if they’d like to display their birthday with their coworkers, so only those who wish to share and celebrate their birthdays can do so, while maintaining privacy for others.

Submit hours in Time Tracking for a future date

Experience greater flexibility and enable hours to flow seamlessly to payroll with the ability to allow employees to submit time entries for future dates. Simply toggle on this feature and choose how far in advance employees can submit time.

Homepage improvements: stay on top of what’s important

It's easier than ever to stay on top of important notifications and events. Our homepage improvements now better highlight time-sensitive and action-required notifications, while sharing employee time off and milestones such as birthdays and work anniversaries.

Strengthen sign-in security with enhanced multi-factor authentication

We’ve enhanced our security and authentication practices by adding more options for users to enable multi-factor authentication (MFA). In addition to admins enabling MFA for default or custom user roles, users without MFA enforced for their user role can now choose to toggle on MFA for their individual account.
